Service scope
Website descriptions explain service categories and reference architectures. A signed proposal or agreement controls the actual scope, deliverables, responsibilities, pricing, and acceptance terms.
No compliance guarantee
Designing for security, privacy, or industry obligations does not by itself certify or guarantee compliance. Clients remain responsible for legal, professional, and organizational decisions assigned to them in the engagement.
Third-party systems
Model providers, integrations, hosting, and other third-party services may have separate terms, costs, limitations, and data-processing conditions.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
The final terms should define ownership of client materials, implementation assets, reusable methods, licensed components, and prohibited use.
